With this in mind, we thought it was appropriate to let you know the actions we are taking. We would like to assure everyone that our offices will remain open as normal until further notice. We will however be making some changes to the way we operate to protect our employee’s wellbeing.
- Firstly, some of our offices will no longer be opening on Saturday mornings. If you need to come into the office on a Saturday we would ask that you speak to the lawyer or other staff member who is dealing with your case prior to attending.
- Following Government Guidance and the recent school closures some of our staff will begin working from home. We will remain digitally open and your case will still be progressed as normal, while your lawyer and assistants will still be available through email and telephone. Note that direct dials and email addresses can be found on the ‘Our People’ page here
- Although some of our team will be working from home we would like to take this opportunity to reassure all our clients that the highest level of confidentiality with your case will continue to be observed as our system is accessible only via a secure site and is password protected.
- Client meetings, where possible, will go ahead as normal. We ask clients who do wish to attend the office to follow government guidance on personal hygiene and observe the ‘no handshake’ policy which has been introduced to some of the offices.
