Davisons Law are excited to announce that they will be taking part in Barnardo’s Free Wills Month this March.
Research reveals that approximately 45% of those aged 55 and over do not have a Will. When somebody dies without a Will their assets are shared according to the rules of intestacy. These rules can mean that those who you might have wanted to benefit from your Will may receive nothing. Making a Will is a vital safeguard in ensuring your wishes are carried out.
How to take part in the free will scheme:
Davisons Law are offering Free Wills for the whole month of March 2023. If you are 55 or over, our specialist Will solicitors at Davisons Law will create a simple, professionally written Will, completely free of charge this March 2023. In return, those who have taken advantage of the offer will be asked to leave a legacy gift in their Will to Barnardo’s charity. To take part, please contact our Private Client solicitors on 0121 820 0112.
