Not opening on Saturdays is a real pain. I had to take time off work to attend the office for meetings and to bring documents as I don’t trust and rely on the post service. Parking outside is also very expensive. I chose you because the estate agent recommended you, but had I known you did not open weekends then I may have gone elsewhere as this was an issue for me.
