I have worked for Davisons for 3 years in the Egdbaston office.The first 18 months I was a Conveyancing fee earner, however I was then given the opportunity to work within the Accounts Department, which is where my passion really is.

My main roles and responsibilities are day to day client and office transactions, bank reconciliation and occasionally dealing with office invoices.  We cover the accounts work for all of our offices and so there is always plenty to do!

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, going on days out and travelling

As a first time buyer the whole process was quite daunting, but Claire was always happy to discuss details that needed a little more explaining without hesitation.

There were difficult times during my purchase, which Claire would always ring and discuss with me. The easy option would’ve been for her to make contact via email rather than facing a stressed out customer. Little details such as this may not seem like much to most, but make a stressful situation much more manageable when you’re the person receiving the news on the other end of the phone.

I am grateful for all Claire’s hard work and patience during my purchase and thank you doesn’t seem quite enough.
