I just wanted to write to express my thanks for the professional way in which our sale and purchase were dealt with by you and your team.

From start to finish, we were always kept informed as to how matters were progressing. There was almost always someone available to speak with if we had any queries and, on the odd occasion there wasn’t, we received a call back within 30 minutes.

It was a refreshing change to instruct solicitors who actually seemed to care and had our best interests at heart. We were never made to feel that we were just “another client” and really felt that it was as important to you as it was to us that our sale and purchase progressed smoothly.

I will definitely be recommending your firm to everyone I meet who may be in need of a solicitor.

Thank you once again.
