I have recently Joined the Wolverhampton Branch of Quality Solicitors Davisons as Head of New Business, a position I enjoy immensely. My role mainly involves me being the first point of contact for potential new Clients.
Initially, Clients are provided with an introduction to the firm by telephone or in person together with a brief description of our services as well as information on what they can expect from us as their chosen solicitors. I feel this helps to build an instant rapport as well as provide the window of opportunity for clients to ask any questions they may have together with a reassurance that I am always available to speak to if they need discuss any aspects of their transaction.
I am also the first point of contact for Estate Agents and Introducers who refer our services. I am always available to provide updates on the progress of a transaction as well as answer queries or concerns.
My Introduction to Conveyancing began in March 2004 after having obtained my ILEX Legal Secretary and Administrations Certificate. Within a year I was promoted to Senior Conveyancing Assistant and shortly thereafter, Office Manager. Over the past 15 years I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in residential Conveyancing.
When I’m not working, above all else, I love spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy dress-making, a former hobby from many years ago, which was rekindled when I was somewhat persuaded to make the bridesmaid dresses for my son’s wedding back in 2016. I also enjoy going to see my favourite artists in concert when the opportunity arises.
