I joined Davisons having previously worked for two large law firms based in Birmingham City Centre and having qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2009.
I have acted for several national housebuilders and affordable housing providers dealing with new build plot sales transactions, including Help to Buy and shared ownership schemes.
Having joined Davisons, I now specialise in acting for clients in new-build residential purchases, including Help to Buy, part-exchange and shared ownership transactions.
I have a friendly and professional attitude and work hard to develop excellent working relationships with my clients, developers and estate agents.
I am also able to advise and assist on a range of other property-related legal issues including:
