I am based at our Cotteridge office and have worked for Davisons Solicitors since 1983. I am employed as a Legal Assistant/Fee Earner in the Residential Conveyancing Department.
I have over 30 years experience in residential conveyancing and have established a reputation for excellent client care, outstanding service and ensuring clients are always “kept in the loop” throughout their transaction. I do my utmost to ensure timescales are achieved.
I have a first-rate working relationship with local estate agents and mortgage brokers. My clients mainly consist of clients who return to me time and time again or clients who are referred to me personally by local estate agents or mortgage brokers.
In addition to the legal work, I am also a member of the firm’s Marketing Committee and have arranged various fundraising events in order to help fund local charities such as St. Mary’s Hospice in Selly Oak and the B30 Foodbank which is based at the Cotteridge Church.
I have two grown up children of whom I am extremely proud. In fact my daughter is a Legal Assistant in the same office albeit in a different department. I also have a grand-daughter who keeps me active on my days off (I don’t work Wednesdays) – she is two years of age, need I say more!!!
I have a very friendly and approachable personality and have often been descried as a “people’s person”.
