I have worked in Family Law since 2012. Throughout this time I have worked for Legal Practices in Kent, London and Staffordshire before joining Davisons in December 2020. I am currently an Affiliate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and hold a Level 3 Family Law Practice Certificate.

I support Davisons’ clients from our Wolverhampton office and can advise in relation to Divorce and Civil Partnership Dissolution, Financial Matters (including pension and income provisions upon separation), Spousal and Child maintenance, Children arrangements, Co-habitation disputes, Separation Agreements, Domestic abuse and Change of Name Deeds.

I act for a wide range of clients with differing needs and from varying backgrounds. I would describe myself as friendly and supportive with an empathetic nature although balance this with a firm and direct approach to matters when necessary. I am mindful of the sensitive nature of my client’s instructions and strive to negotiate matters wherever possible with a view to keeping costs proportionate and to a minimum. When Court Proceedings are required I take a pragmatic approach to ensure that my clients feel supported and have a full understanding of the process from start to finish.

Outside of work I enjoy cooking, live music and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Thank you for everything you have done, I’m really pleased with the end result. I will certainly be recommending yourself in the future
