I am a Director of Davisons Law and also the Head of our Residential Property Department (overall). I deal with all manner of residential conveyancing work but I particularly enjoy acting for purchasers of new build and shared ownership purchases.
My team and I offer a high quality of service to all clients, both near and far, to ensure that they enjoy a professional and efficient experience when using us. At the same time I hope we are friendly and approachable; clients are encouraged to ask any question, no matter how trivial. We understand that moving house can be a confusing and daunting experience. Our aim is to make their move as stress free and as simple as possible.
In addition to acting for first time and returning clients, I act regularly for property developers who have a property portfolio which they either rent as investment or modernise for sale. I have also acted for various developers in the acquisition of land for the purpose of development through to the sales of each plot.
I also oversee the firm’s Lexcel and Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditations, whilst also being a Committee Member of the Property and Development Section of the Birmingham Law Society.
I am a friendly, down-to-earth solicitor who offers the highest level of professional service. I have two children and enjoy playing tennis, reading and cross-stitch.
