Not opening on Saturdays is a real pain. I had to take time off work to attend the office for meetings and to bring documents as I don’t trust and rely on the post service. I was assured at the outset that I would receive regular updates but that did not happen. At one stage I missed an email (questions from purchasers’ solicitor) which had gone to my Junk folder. However, she took the reins and steered us to the end very capably.
