Couldn’t recommend the team at Davisons (specifically the new build move team) enough. I know it’s often tough to find solicitors to help with moves that don’t add stress to the experience but the team didn’t put a single foot wrong. We were advised to use Davisons by our financial advisor, as we were looking to arrange 3 mortgages and 3 property transactions within a certain timescale. The fact that all 3 were done within one office but by different solicitors, meant that things ran quite smoothly for us, and completed within the given time quoted.
